30 Days to Happiness Challenge

Hello fellow human

We have found a way to become happier in 30 days and want to share it with all of our students. Because a happy student gets better grades!
First things first, do you know what a challenge is? A challenge is an invitation to compete, an invitation to do something that is hard but that will give great results.
Read the following instructions and find the vocabulary below.

Vocabulary

To name – to decide on or choose (something).
Grateful – feeling or showing thanks.
Meaningful – having real importance or value.
Reach out – to make an effort to do something for other people.
Praise – to say or write good things about (someone or something) : to express approval of (someone or something).
Cardio – any type of exercise that causes the heart to beat faster and harder for a period of time.
